I will assess the areas you need to work on, and give you a specific and personalized training program to help you reach your shooting goals, accompanied by weekly check-ins on your progress and program modifications as needed. You will have to put in the work, but I will take the guesswork out of your practice and enable you to improve rapidly and efficiently. One-Hour Video Consult is a stand-alone consultation Three-Month Coaching Package includes a one-hour video consult at the beginning and at the end of your program, as well as a personalized training plan and weekly progress check-ins via email, including analysis of training and match videos and course corrections to your program as needed. Six-Month Coaching Package includes everything in the Three-Month Package, as well as an additional one-hour video consult in month three of your training. Twelve-Month Coaching Package includes everything in the Six-Month Package, as well as two additional video consults in months six and nine of your training. Once you purchase your online training package, you will be contacted within two business days to schedule your initial video consult. Our primary instructor, Matthew Little, is a US Army Special Forces combat veteran who has extensive law enforcement experience, including serving as training coordinator and an operational supervisor on a major metropolitan SWAT team, and has worked as a government contractor in non-permissive environments. Additionally, Matt is a lifelong martial artist and former national level competitor. He is also ranked as a master class shooter with pistol and carbine by both the US Practical Shooting Association and the International Defensive Pistol Association. Matt has also received numerous tactical shooting skill awards, including Turbo Pin #14, Three Sevens Coin #33, and the Refactor Tactical Kill Card patch. He has instructed foreign and US military personnel and police officers, martial artists, and civilians. This instructional experience was not solely academic, as he was usually then leading his students operationally either in combat or in arguably the most violent major city in North America. Along with his operational, competitive, and instructional experience, Matt is passionate about his own training. Matthew had clearly watched my five videos sent a few days before, and noticed so many things I had missed in my own reviews. Just as hoped, he identified ten concrete things (in my case, others may have more or less) I could improve on in the stage performances. He also provided a tailored set of dry and live fire drills to work on my areas needed for improvement. Knowledge was conveyed patiently, professionally, and concisely. Just as one would expect. This is a great method & opportunity to have one on one time virtual instruction.
